Belek's pioneering championship course — David Feherty's 27-hole gem set among pine and eucalyptus forest.
National Golf Club opened in November 1994 as Turkey's first internationally recognised championship course, instantly putting Belek on the global golf map. Designed by Ryder Cup player David Feherty alongside David Jones, it spreads across roughly 920,000 square metres of rolling terrain framed by mature pine and eucalyptus woodland. The layout offers 27 holes in total: an 18-hole championship course playing to par 72 over about 6,429 metres, plus a 9-hole academy course. The much-photographed par-3 2nd, a short carry over water, is the signature test. The first Turkish venue built to EPGA standards, it hosted the PGA European Seniors Tour's Turkish Open in 1996 and 1997.

Yes. It's a resort-style course open to visiting golfers, but it isn't a public sightseeing attraction — you'll need a booked tee time and a green fee to play.
The October-to-May window offers the best conditions, with spring and autumn the most pleasant. In high summer, book an early-morning tee time to beat the heat.
