Turkey's most photographed cove — turquoise water at the foot of a canyon, between Kaş and Kalkan.
Kaputaş Beach sits where a steep, forested canyon meets the Mediterranean, a small crescent of golden sand and pale pebbles roughly 150 metres long. Cold spring water rushing down the gorge mixes with the sea to create the impossibly bright turquoise that made this cove famous on postcards and Instagram alike. You reach the sand by descending 187 steps carved into the cliff from the Kaş–Kalkan coastal road, which keeps the bay intimate even in summer. The water deepens quickly a few metres out, ideal for confident swimmers and snorkellers. Just offshore lies the Blue Cave, reachable only by boat. It is one of the most striking natural beaches on Turkey's entire Turquoise Coast.

A private one-way transfer from Antalya Airport (AYT) to Kaputaş Beach costs €143. The drive covers roughly 190 km and takes about 2 hours 55 minutes along the coastal road via Kemer and Kalkan.
Yes. Because Kaputaş is far from the airport, most guests book a return or a round trip with waiting time. Tell us your plans in advance and we will quote the round trip — round-trip fares always exceed our €30 minimum.
Yes, it is a public beach with free entry. You only pay if you rent a sunbed and umbrella (around 250 TL each in high season) or buy refreshments at the snack bar.
A staircase of 187 steps leads from the Kaş–Kalkan coastal road down to the sand. There is no vehicle access to the cove itself, so wear comfortable shoes for the descent.
Yes. Kaputaş is only about 7 km from Kalkan and 20 km from Kaş, so a transfer from those hotels is much shorter and cheaper than from the airport. Ask us for a Kalkan or Kaş pickup quote.
